“At Navellin, we believe that every footballer deserves more than just a transfer — they deserve to feel at home.”
We are the first consultancy in world football exclusively focused on the off-pitch integration of African players. Whether they’re arriving in Manchester, Munich, or Mecca, we help them adapt, settle, and succeed — not just as athletes, but as people.
WHO WE ARE
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to support African footballers through the most overlooked phase of their career: settling off the pitch.
We exist to help players feel culturally grounded, emotionally secure, and practically supported as they transition into life in a new country, league, or language.
We support the whole person — not just the footballer.
Why We Exist
Every year, clubs sign hundreds of African players — but too many are left to navigate relocation, language, cultural differences, and loneliness alone.
When that happens, performance drops. Retention suffers. Careers stall.
Navellin was created to change that — offering clubs and agents a trusted partner to help their African signings settle fully and perform freely.
OUR FOUNDER
Navellin was founded by Price Awuah, a British-born former licensed FA agent of Ghanaian heritage.
With years of experience in player representation and a nationally commended track record in diversity and inclusion leadership within UK policing, he brings deep cultural insight, lived experience, and absolute discretion to the player journey.
